Slavo Pastor leads two technology startups - Tracktivity and HEA Technologies. Tracktivity is a mobile platform integrating multiple complex services relevant to motor racing and HEA Technologies is a content delivery platform providing access to energy research products and services from Heikkinen Energy Associates. Apart from leading the two startup companies, Slavo also advises other startups, Private Equity and Venture Capital firms on strategy, market analysis, positioning, sales, product development, operations, all in the context of oil & gas technology. Before jumping on the entrepreneurial and advisory path at the end of 2013, Slavo lead the Energy Technical business unit of IHS, a publicly traded company. With a team of over 2,000 over 5 continents, IHS Energy Technical provided customers with software and information products, analytical solutions and consulting services. Prior to joining IHS in 2010, he was Vice President of Schlumberger North America, in charge of Schlumberger Information Solutions. Slavo joined Schlumberger in 1993 and held many leadership positions in operations, marketing, sales and M&A, during various assignments around the world. Slavo, a native of Slovakia, has a bachelor's degree in mining engineering and a master's degree in process engineering from the Technical University of Kosice, Slovakia. He also holds an MBA degree from Erasmus University of Rotterdam, The Netherlands and has taken Executive and Strategic Finance at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
