I've spent the last 10 years in the STR and hospitality industry, with experience across field operations, portfolio management, client success, and marketing.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work on both the operations and tech sides of the business, from managing luxury vacation rental portfolios and leading teams to working with property managers across the country to help grow their businesses and drive more direct bookings.
Having been on both sides, I understand the challenges property managers experience and how important it is to have the right people, processes, and technology in place. I really enjoy building relationships, finding solutions, and helping businesses grow. One of my favorite things about the STR space is the people and the relationships I've built over the years. I love how connected our community is, and I'm always excited to collaborate, learn, and find new ways to make an impact.
Outside of work, I serve as President of Valley of the Sun Active 20-30, a nonprofit organization supporting children in need throughout the Phoenix community. Giving back and being involved in my community is something I'm deeply passionate about!
