At Air Concierge, I progressed from first employee to Chief Operating Officer over 10+ years. I helped build a business that reached 8 US regions, nearly 300 active properties and nearly $15M in peak annual gross booking value. My scope included business development, P&L responsibility, cross-functional teams, technology, vendor performance and owner relationships. Selected results with 200+ properties: • Automated 90%+ of guest messaging through a full-cycle AI implementation, helping maintain response times under 2 minutes • Migrated properties to a new PMS and new Revenue Management in under 2 months through workflow design, training and adoption • Increased cleaning-fee revenue 22% through standardized guest pricing across all properties and tighter vendor pricing and negotiation • Built a 6-person Philippines-based support team to establish 24/7 guest coverage I also personally converted nearly 400 qualified owner leads, owning the relationship from financial analysis and negotiation through onboarding, launch and ongoing performance. Across the business, I supported 1,200+ signed management agreements over time. I served as the primary contact for Airbnb business reviews and helped secure and activate the Marriott Homes & Villas partnership. My distribution experience includes Airbnb, Expedia, Marriott, American Express and other channels. Earlier in my career, I worked in Brazilian institutional financial markets, including brokerage, quantitative trading and risk management. That experience shaped how I evaluate commercial opportunities, manage risk and use financial analysis to make operating decisions. I'm focused on strategy, strategic partnerships, scaled operations and vendor operations roles where I can build clear processes, develop teams and improve business performance.
