I’m a short-term rental and property management professional with experience spanning operations, guest experience, owner relations, sales, marketing, onboarding, and portfolio growth. My background includes leadership and client-facing roles with vacation rental companies, real estate, and hospitality organizations, and I currently co-own and operate a boutique vacation rental management company at Lake of the Ozarks. What makes me unique in the STR space is that I understand the business from both the operational and ownership sides. I’ve managed guest communication, pricing strategy, listing optimization, owner relationships, vendor coordination, property onboarding, marketing, and day-to-day problem solving, while also helping owners think more strategically about performance, guest experience, and long-term value. I’m comfortable working across platforms and systems, including OwnerRez, Guesty, HubSpot, Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other hospitality technology tools, and I enjoy finding ways to make processes more efficient, organized, and scalable. At the center of my work is a simple belief: strong hospitality comes from making people feel cared for. Whether I’m helping a guest, supporting an owner, improving a workflow, or solving an operational challenge behind the scenes, I bring a calm, thoughtful, highly responsive approach and a genuine desire to make the experience better for everyone involved.
