The Short-Term Rental Revenue Management Coach reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Product and serves as the revenue management expert for Strategic Host clients.

What You'll Own
1:1 Revenue Coaching
Conduct dedicated revenue management sessions for assigned Strategic Host clients, with every call prepared before it starts, not during it.
Identify revenue gaps in client businesses, walk each host through the specific diagnosis, and hold them accountable to the next move.
Group Coaching and Breakout Rooms
Host weekly group coaching calls inside Strategic Host, lead breakout sessions on revenue management topics, and keep every conversation anchored in data, not opinions.
Pricing Audit Videos
Record structured, individual pricing audit videos for Strategic Host clients, walking through their specific numbers and identifying the gap between where they are and where they could be.
Curriculum Development
Collaborate with TFV leadership to build, refine, and maintain the revenue management curriculum inside Strategic Host, identify gaps from your coaching book, propose new frameworks, and keep the content current with what hosts are actually facing in the market.
Community Presence
Maintain an active, expert presence in the Strategic Host community on assigned coverage days. When a host posts a pricing question, you respond with a specific diagnosis, not a general tip.
Continued Education
Stay current. Tools change, markets shift, platforms update their algorithms, and you invest in your own expertise and bring it back to the program.
2–5 years minimum of hands-on revenue management experience in short-term rentals or hotels
Hands-on fluency with STR business analytics — OTA performance data, direct channel tracking, and the ability to read what the numbers are actually saying

A self-directed working style that can hold its own inside a fast-moving remote team without losing accuracy
