As the Property Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations and ensuring high-quality service for both property owners and guests. Based out of our St. George Island office, you will work closely with the Owner Relations team and other internal departments.
You will serve as a central point of communication, coordinating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and Owner Relations Specialists to establish clear expectations, support seamless processes, and maintain premium property experiences.
Assist with onboarding new properties and welcoming owners to the rental program.
Serve as a liaison between the Owner Relations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams.
Coordinate appointments and communication with third-party vendors and service providers.
Conduct regular property audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
Run errands and oversee deliveries, utility setups, and service appointments.
Support the review of monthly owner statements for accuracy before distribution.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A professional, diplomatic, and solutions-focused approach.
Familiarity with smartphone apps, Microsoft Office, and general computer use.
Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Reliable personal transportation. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
Willingness to assist with storm preparation and post-storm property assessments.
Availability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.
Compensation: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Bonus: Performance-based bonus
