Future Home Integration is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the successful execution of our residential smart home and low voltage projects from start to finish.
This is a leadership role responsible for keeping projects on schedule, coordinating field operations, supporting technicians, communicating with clients and trade partners, and ensuring every installation meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Oversee production scheduling across multiple residential installation projects simultaneously.
Lead, coach, and hold installation technicians accountable for quality, productivity, and performance.
Monitor daily job progress through reporting, project photos, and KPI tracking.
Coordinate with builders, electricians, architects, interior designers, and other trade partners to keep projects moving efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of communication for clients throughout each project's lifecycle.
Proactively identify challenges, communicate solutions, and manage expectations before issues become problems.
Ensure inventory, materials, and equipment are ready so technicians arrive prepared for every installation.
Manage project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and successful handoff to the Service & Support team.
Help develop, document, and continuously improve production processes and standard operating procedures.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
5+ years of project management or production management experience in residential AV, low voltage, smart home technology, custom integration, or a closely related industry.
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Experience working with homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, and other construction trade partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a reputation for following through on commitments.
Experience using CRM platforms and project management software.
Willingness to spend time on active job sites in addition to office responsibilities.
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Experience with industry software such as Q360, D-Tools, WeQuote, JobTread, Jobber, or similar platforms.
Experience with automation platforms including Lutron, Crestron, Control4, or similar smart home systems.
Basic CAD experience.
Compensation
$55,000-85,000, based on experience

This is an on-site position requiring regular travel to local residential job sites throughout Central Florida.
What You'll Own
Production scheduling across multiple concurrent residential projects
Day-to-day leadership, management, and accountability of the technician team (LMA)
Daily reporting, photos, and KPI tracking on every active job
Trade coordination with builders, electricians, designers, and architects
Client communication throughout the project lifecycle — setting expectations, raising flags early, delivering wins
Project close-out: punch lists, documentation, and clean handoff to Service & Support
Inventory and material readiness so techs roll out the door ready to win the day
Continuous improvement of our production process — you'll help document and refine the SOPs we run on
3+ years of project or production management experience in residential AV, low voltage, smart home, custom integration, or a closely related trade
Track record of running multiple jobs simultaneously without dropping the ball
Comfortable working with high-end clientele, builders, architects, and interior designers
Strong written and verbal communicator — you follow up, you follow through
Tech-savvy: experience with CRM platforms and industry-specific software (Q360, D-Tools, WeQuote, JobTread, Jobber, or similar) is a strong plus
Field-ready — you're willing to be on jobsites, not just behind a desk
Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Brand experience with Lutron, Crestron, Control4, and any other automation platforms.
