Breathe Easy Rentals is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and overall quality of our vacation rental properties throughout the Emerald Coast. This role is responsible for performing general maintenance, preventative repairs, property inspections, and responding to maintenance-related guest concerns. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently while collaborating with team members to ensure properties remain guest-ready and well maintained.
Complete maintenance tasks and projects while traveling between multiple properties and worksites
Create a welcoming environment for guests and property owners by ensuring properties are well maintained
Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine property inspections
Respond to maintenance-related guest issues as needed
Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management
Coordinate with third-party service providers when necessary
Attend all required individual and team meetings
Order, maintain, and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory
Provide feedback regarding property conditions and potential maintenance concerns
Meet with property owners to discuss necessary repairs and upgrades when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Prior maintenance experience required
Reliable transportation if not utilizing company vehicles
Strong attention to detail
Highly responsive, dependable, and reliable
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift 30+ pounds
Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems with limited standardization
Ability to interpret written, verbal, diagrammatic, and schedule-based instructions
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites.
Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners by ensuring properties are well maintained.
Provide general repairs and preventative maintenance and inspections.
Respond to guest issues regarding maintenance as needed.
Establish and maintain and open and collaborative relationship been team members and the management team.
Coordinate with third-party service provides, when needed.
Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.
Order, maintain, and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory.
Provide feedback on any issues or potential issues regarding properties and main office.
Meet with property owners to discuss necessary repairs and upgrades, when needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
