We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems independently. You'll be the go-to expert for handling a variety of service requests and maintenance tasks across our luxury vacation properties, ensuring our guests experience nothing but excellence. Perform routine and non-routine service order requests
Conduct regular maintenance including general repairs and light plumbing in a diverse and fast-paced environment
1+ years minimum of previous experience as a maintenance technician
Working knowledge of small hand and power tools

Able to work flexible hours with weekends and some holidays required
Must be able to pass a background check to include a motor vehicle report and have verifiable work references

The Maintenance Technician will embrace working in a high-paced, dynamic environment with customer service at the center of all activities. Will perform routine and non-routine service order requests, regular maintenance including general repairs and light plumbing in a diverse and fast-paced environment. The candidate will need their own personal vehicle and tools to perform job duties but may also have access to company vehicle(s).
Education and Experience
- One year of previous experience as a maintenance technician.
- Working knowledge of small hand and power tools.
- Able to work flexible hours with weekends and some holidays required.
- Must be able to pass a background check to include a motor vehicle report and have verifiable work references.
