Multiporpoise Management, LLC is the connective tissue that links five Pacific Northwest-based vacation rental companies that manage six distinct communities. Our niche is nightly rentals in facilities formerly run as "condotels." We offer HOA management to these communities as well. We attract hotel travelers as much as guests looking for a personalized vacation rental experience.
Our six brands include Sea Gypsy Rentals, D Sands Rentals, and Surftides Plaza Rentals in Lincoln City, Oregon; Bend Riverside Rentals and Pioneer Park Rentals in Bend, Oregon; and Polynesian Rentals in Ocean Shores, Washington.
Today, our team of more than 70 employees supports nearly 300 vacation rental properties across the Pacific Northwest, with continued growth on the horizon. While our footprint has expanded, we've maintained the entrepreneurial spirit that helped transform a single vacation rental into a thriving multi-brand hospitality company.
We're seeking a Laundry & Housekeeping Specialist to help deliver the clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations our guests expect.
This role combines two critical functions within our operation: housekeeping and commercial laundry. You'll be responsible for ensuring vacation rental units are cleaned, sanitized, stocked, and guest-ready while also helping maintain the inventory of fresh linens and towels that keep our operation running smoothly.
No two days are exactly alike. Some days you'll focus on preparing vacation rental units for arriving guests, while other days you'll spend more time processing, organizing, and maintaining linens in our commercial laundry operation.
Whether you have professional housekeeping experience or are simply someone who takes pride in doing quality work, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
