Hill Country Premier Lodging is seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded Guest Services Specialist to join our team in beautiful Wimberley, TX.
As a primary point of contact for guests and homeowners, you’ll help create exceptional experiences throughout the entire reservation lifecycle — from initial inquiries and booking through the guest’s stay and post-stay follow-up. You’ll communicate with guests by phone, email, and text, answer questions, resolve concerns, follow up on reservation leads, and coordinate with internal team members and outside vendors when property needs arise.

You’ll work closely with the Reservation and Guest Services team to keep stays running smoothly while helping HCPL deliver the thoughtful, responsive service our guests and homeowners expect.
Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and homeowners, providing prompt, friendly, and professional service by phone, email, and text
Support guests throughout the reservation lifecycle, from initial inquiries and booking through their stay and post-stay follow-up
Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach
Manage and follow up on reservation inquiries and sales leads, helping prospective guests find the right property for their stay
Coordinate with internal team members and outside vendors to address maintenance, property, and guest needs in a timely manner
Communicate important guest and property information clearly to the appropriate team members to support seamless operations
Resolve routine guest situations independently and escalate more complex issues when appropriate
Maintain accurate guest, reservation, and communication information within company systems
Use reservation systems, CRM tools, booking platforms, and other technology to manage daily guest service activities
Collaborate closely with the Reservation and Guest Services team to provide consistently exceptional experiences for guests and homeowners
Complete assigned tasks with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and attention to detail
High school diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a genuine desire to help people
Comfortable communicating directly with guests and homeowners and navigating challenging or high-stress situations professionally
Ability to approach guest concerns with empathy, good judgment, and a solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable learning and using new technology, including reservation systems, CRM platforms, and online booking platforms
Dependable, punctual, and able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and guest needs may change quickly
Ability to work the required schedule, including weekends
Previous experience in customer service, guest services, hospitality, reservations, or another customer-facing support role
Previous experience in vacation rentals, hotels, lodging, travel, or hospitality
Experience using reservation software, CRM systems, or online booking platforms
$15 - $18 per hour
