RevWhisper is a fully managed Airbnb revenue and listing optimization service for short-term rental operators, including hosts, co-hosts, and property management companies. We help our clients increase revenue, improve listing visibility, and maximize performance without having to personally manage every pricing, marketing, and optimization lever themselves.
Unlike software platforms, RevWhisper delivers a hands-on service powered by automation, data, AI-assisted workflows, market research, and operational expertise. Our clients partner with us because they want measurable results and a team that knows how to turn insights into action.
As we continue expanding across North America, we're looking for a Growth Marketing & Automation Manager who can help build, optimize, and scale the systems that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
The Growth Marketing & Automation Manager is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing customer acquisition systems that generate qualified sales opportunities for RevWhisper.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, connecting tools, automating workflows, and creating scalable growth systems. You'll build acquisition channels, develop automations, improve lead generation processes, and turn research into repeatable revenue-driving systems.
The ideal candidate combines technical curiosity, marketing knowledge, automation expertise, and strong analytical thinking. Success in this role comes from building systems that consistently generate pipeline, documenting processes, and creating scalable solutions that can be operated by others.
Build and optimize customer acquisition channels, including outbound campaigns, lead magnets, referral programs, webinars, partnerships, and paid acquisition initiatives.
Design and implement automation workflows using platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Clay, Airtable, Attio, Instantly, and Dripify.
Develop lead capture, enrichment, routing, nurturing, and CRM automation systems.
Research target markets, competitors, communities, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Source and organize prospect data from multiple channels and transform research into actionable pipeline.
Build and manage end-to-end sales funnel systems from prospect sourcing through qualified meetings and opportunity tracking.
Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage CRM hygiene, reporting, attribution tracking, and funnel analytics.
Support paid acquisition initiatives and evaluate advertising performance against business goals.
Document workflows, create operating procedures, develop dashboards, and train team members on successful systems.
Continuously identify process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and growth.
Experience building growth systems, marketing automations, lead generation programs, or customer acquisition funnels.
Demonstrated experience creating and managing automation workflows using tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Clay, Airtable, Instantly, Attio, or similar platforms.
Experience building and optimizing lead generation, CRM, or outbound prospecting systems.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, data structures, and troubleshooting automation workflows.
Experience analyzing funnel performance, conversion metrics, and customer acquisition data.
Ability to independently research markets, identify opportunities, and translate findings into actionable growth strategies.
Strong project management and documentation skills.
Highly analytical, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving growth environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or related background.
Experience with paid advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience building outbound prospecting systems and sales development workflows.
Entrepreneurial, startup, or growth-stage company experience.
Familiarity with the short-term rental, Airbnb, hospitality, or property management industries.
Experience working with AI-powered workflows, enrichment tools, or agent-based automation systems.

Activate and improve net-new RevWhisper acquisition channels and funnels, including market-specific lead magnets (city revenue reports, listing teardowns, benchmark calculators, free audits), webinar and event funnels, LinkedIn outbound, community-driven acquisition, partnership funnels, paid experiments, and retargeting systems.
Build growth automations that improve speed, consistency, and process efficiency across lead capture, enrichment, routing, and nurture using Make, n8n, Zapier, Clay, Airtable, Attio, Instantly, Dripify, and similar tools.
Conduct deep research and prospect-source engineering: crawl communities, study competitors, inspect marketplaces, scrape public signals, find hidden data sources, and turn messy data into usable pipeline.
Engineer end-to-end sales pipeline systems: source prospects, enrich and segment data, build the message logic and infrastructure, define SDR guardrails, route into the CRM, and track each stage from first touch to meeting to close.
Run paid acquisition with rigor — testing and scaling channels like Google Ads when paid is the right tool, holding spend accountable to funnel performance.
Own tracking, analytics, and CRM hygiene so every system is instrumented and tied to clear business metrics (qualified leads, meetings booked, CAC, conversion rate, pipeline value).
Document, systematize, and hand off working processes — defining guardrails, building dashboards, training operators, and creating quality control so systems run without you touching every step.
A builder, not just an operator — able to point to acquisition systems, automations, or funnels you personally built, ran, measured, fixed, and handed off.
Automation and AI as a default reflex, with real experience in tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, Clay, Airtable, Attio, Instantly, or Dripify — using AI to do real work, not just summarize documents.
Deep research ability that goes beyond surface-level searches — finding where a market hides, where buyers talk, what signals matter, and how to turn messy data into a usable pipeline.
Technical range: able to interpret enough code to glue systems together, debug API/webhook issues, and understand data structures without being blocked by tool limitations.
Full-funnel fluency across copy, landing pages, offers, email, outbound, community, ads, CRM routing, analytics, and handoff quality.
Pipeline discipline — understanding that growth is qualified conversations, conversion, customers, revenue, and payback, not impressions or activity.
Process handoff discipline and a bias to ship and measure — building systems others can run and preferring a scrappy launch this week over a month of theorizing.
A computer science background is a plus (a completed degree is not required).
Paid media literacy — understanding how paid acquisition fits into a funnel and how to hold spend accountable (no need to be solely an ad buyer).
Experience building outbound or pipeline systems end to end, from sourcing and enrichment through SDR guardrails and CRM routing.
Entrepreneurial instinct — thinks like someone who would go win customers in the trenches, and probably already has.
Familiarity with the short-term rental / Airbnb ecosystem (hosts, co-hosts, property managers, PMS platforms, pricing tools).
