Position Summary

Lake Tahoe Accommodations is looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow our portfolio of managed vacation rental properties. This is a hybrid role based in South Lake Tahoe, and it’s the seat that drives our growth.

In this role, you’ll identify prospective homeowners, develop referral partnerships, and guide property owners through the sales process from initial conversation to a signed 1-year management agreement. You’ll help homeowners understand how our local expertise, property care, marketing, and guest services can support their goals, and you’ll stay close to the owners you sign to help drive renewals.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and enjoys both building relationships and closing new business. You’ll work with our revenue team on honest projections, present management services, and partner with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new homeowners. You’ll own clear quarterly growth targets and report your pipeline weekly.

The role is salaried plus uncapped per-home commission and quarterly bonuses. Every home you sign pays out, and bonuses step up at higher volume.
