As our Bilingual Client Intake Specialist, you'll be the first voice prospective clients hear and the person responsible for turning qualified leads into signed clients.
This is a sales-focused role. You'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and leads, build trust quickly, gather and qualify information, communicate the value of working with Louis Berk Law, overcome hesitation, and confidently ask for the commitment.
When we're able to help someone, the goal is to secure their signature while they're still on the phone. You'll send the retainer, guide them through signing, and keep the process moving with warmth and urgency.
Once they're signed, you'll build an accurate, complete case file for our legal team.
Speed and precision matter here. We need both.
Respond quickly to inbound calls, web leads, chats, and referrals.
Build trust with prospective clients while confidently leading each conversation.
Gather complete incident, injury, treatment, insurance, and contact information.
Qualify leads according to firm criteria and escalate legal or case-acceptance questions to an attorney.
Communicate the value of working with Louis Berk Law, address hesitation, and confidently ask for the commitment.
Send retainers while the prospective client is still on the phone, guide them through the signing process, and work to secure the signed agreement before ending the call.
Follow up promptly and persistently with qualified unsigned leads.
Build new client files in Filevine and maintain accurate lead information in LeadDocket.
Complete all required fields, documents, contacts, and notes according to firm standards.
Verify names, dates, insurance information, claim details, and documents for accuracy before handoff.
Meet established goals for response time, contact rate, sign-ups, and file completion.
Participate in coaching and call reviews and apply feedback quickly.
Protect client confidentiality and direct all legal questions to an attorney.
Take ownership and bring forward solutions, not just problems.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
2+ years of experience in a high-volume, phone-based role such as inside sales, legal intake, insurance, admissions, or client services.
Demonstrated ability to convert conversations into commitments.
Confident, professional phone presence with strong sales and objection-handling skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
Typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
Comfortable working in CRM or case-management systems and learning new technology.
Strong written communication skills.
Composure and empathy when speaking with people who may be injured, frustrated, or overwhelmed.
Self-motivated, organized, coachable, reliable, and driven by measurable goals.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work on-site in Orlando, Florida.
Personal injury, legal intake, insurance claims, or related experience.
Experience with Filevine, LeadDocket, or similar legal CRM platforms.
Familiarity with auto accident, medical, and insurance terminology.
Hourly Rate: $20–$26, based on experience.
This position is also eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to established firm metrics.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Orlando, Florida.
Our Intake team provides weekday coverage between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Individual schedules may vary within that window, including rotating evening coverage, based on team needs.
You'll do well here if you love being on the phone, know how to build trust quickly, aren't afraid to ask for the commitment, and care just as much about getting every detail right as you do about signing the client.
You move quickly without cutting corners, take ownership of your results, respond well to coaching, and like knowing exactly how your performance is measured.
