Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Administrative Assistant to join our team in beautiful Breckenridge, CO. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a direct impact.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financials:

• Payroll time keeping and preparation for the payroll department.

• Prepare work orders for review and final billing.

• Accurate account coding of expenses.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule daily maintenance tasks and assist in preparing vacant units for occupancy

• Coordinate and schedule vendor work as needed

• Assist with supervising vendor services and ensuring quality standards

• Maintain inventory and order supplies and materials

• Help prepare work orders for billing and operational reports

Team & Guest Support

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest and owner experiences

• Communicate clearly with team members and management to improve efficiency

• Provide leadership support and help guide field maintenance activities

• Step in to support maintenance operations when the Maintenance Manager is unavailable

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of accounting, administrative, or property management experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Basic bookkeeping or expense tracking experience

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $60-65k
