POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Account Executive – Property Management, you’ll be the driving force behind our market expansion and portfolio growth. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, entrepreneurial, and energized by creating new opportunities. You’ll take the lead in building strategic relationships with property owners, real estate partners, developers, and investors with a focus on signing new properties for our portfolio.
In your first 90 days, you’ll focus on building a strong, qualified pipeline, elevating brand presence through proactive outreach. Over the next two years, success looks like consistent portfolio growth, strong referral partnerships, and positioning Miami Vacation Rentals as a top management choice in the Miami market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Manage a hybrid pipeline by responding to inbound inquiries and generating outbound opportunities through networking, referrals, research, and outreach.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with property owners, brokers, realtors, HOAs, condo associations, developers, and investors.
Proposal & Value Presentation: Prepare and present clear and compelling proposals that articulate our management services, financial model, and operational strengths.
Financial Modeling: Prepare and explain profit & loss (P&L) projections to owners to demonstrate revenue potential and expected performance.
Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead prospects through every stage from initial conversation to signed agreement, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
Onboarding Coordination: Partner with internal teams to support a smooth handoff and onboarding process for new homes.
CRM & Documentation: Keep CRM, notes, pipeline steps, and reporting current for visibility and planning.
Market Intelligence: Stay aware of real estate and STR trends, new developments, and partnership opportunities to stay ahead in the Miami market.
Brand Representation: Attend site visits, property tours, networking events, and industry meetups to reinforce presence and build trust.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of sales or business development experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, or related sectors.
Familiarity with the Miami real estate and condo landscape.
Proven track record of managing a full sales cycle and closing new business.
Strong financial acumen with ability to explain revenue models and projections.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in CRM and Google Workspace.
Bilingual in English & Spanish required. Additional languages are a plus.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $180,000 (base + commission), uncapped

CRM & Workflow Management: Maintain up-to-date sales records, notes, and performance metrics using CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
Market Intelligence & Business Development: Monitor real estate and hospitality trends in Miami to proactively identify new partnership opportunities, condo developments and stay ahead of the competition.
Brand Representation & Site Engagements: Represent the company during property visits, showings, and meetings with professionalism and product knowledge that builds confidence and trust.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales or business development in real estate, property management, or hospitality.
Familiarity with the Miami real estate and condo market.
Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Strong analytical skills (incl. financial proficiency), including the ability to prepare and explain profit & loss (P&L) projections to prospective clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, with regular in-person presence across properties.
Experience using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Notion or similar project management tools.
English/Spanish Bilingual is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.

Brand recognition strengthened: MVR positioned as a top-tier management partner in Miami’s condo-hotel and STR ecosystem, validated by inbound owner referrals.
